职位描述
- End-to-end recruitment process management for consumer electronics positions (e.g., R&D, sales, product)
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet company's staffing needs
- Build and maintain talent pools, establish relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and industry professionals
- Optimize recruitment channels, improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and support interview process
任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in consumer electronics or tech industry
- Familiar with full-cycle recruitment process and various recruitment channels
- Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
