Offline Store Manager-NA(J18718)

Conduct market research and analysis to identify optimal retail locations in target North American markets.

Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and store design/ layout planning.

Manage store launch timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination (construction, visual merchandising, inventory, marketing).

Recruit, train, and supervise store teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

Drive store performance, including sales targets, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Build relationships with landlords, local partners, and mall management.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards across all retail locations.

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in retail store management, with a focus on multi-store openings or retail expansion.

Proven track record in site selection, lease negotiation, and retail launch project management.

Strong understanding of the North American retail landscape and consumer trends.

Fluency in English. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently across North America.
