Position Overview:

As a member of our Store Express Program, you will be developed as a potential candidate for store and area management roles. Through systematic learning and hands-on practice, you will acquire essential management skills, fully support store operations, and progressively enhance professional capabilities to build a strong foundation for future career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.As a management trainee, learn and master fundamental store management skills—including but not limited to shift management and inventory ordering—to prepare for advancement to store and area management positions

2.Provide comprehensive support for daily store operations, including beverage preparation, order fulfillment, cashiering, customer service, and material management tasks related to tea blending and other front-line roles to ensure smooth operational flow.

3.Under the guidance of a mentor, develop advanced store operation skills such as performance analysis, inventory optimization, and staff scheduling, and gradually take part in store management decisions.

4.Assist the store supervisor in enforcing operational standards to improve store efficiency and service quality, ensuring high-performance operation.

5.Actively participate in cross-departmental or cross-regional training and exchanges to continuously broaden experience in chain F&B operations, while collaborating with the team to enhance both customer experience and team atmosphere.

任职要求

· Diploma or above, preferably in F&B Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields (open to fresh international graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of F&B industry experience).

· Strong interest in the F&B and consumer brand industry, with the commitment to long-term career development in this field;

· Good adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment;

· Strong learning agility and willingness to continuously build professional knowledge and management skills;

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultural backgrounds;
