Shift Manager

职位描述

1. Take charge of the store management and cooperate with the implementation of various marketing strategies of the headquarters;

2. Execute various tasks assigned by the headquarters;

3. Do a good job in the division and management of each department of the store;

4. Supervise the ordering, loading and replenishment of commodities, and do a good job in receiving inspection, commodity display, commodity quality and service quality management;

5. Supervise the management of store goods loss and grasp the scale of goods loss.

任职要求

1.At least 3 years working experience in catering or retail industry, store management experience is preferred;

2. Proficient in team management, customer management, product management, display management and logistics distribution, familiar with the formulation and implementation of various store procedures;

3. Strong team management and communication skills, able to work under high intensity and pressure.
