职位描述

1. 配合销售完成售前、售中、售后全流程技术支持

Cooperate with sales to provide full-cycle pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support.

2. 面向客户医院开展技术交流、方案宣讲，开展实验演示、实操带教，处理产品售后各类问题

Carry out technical communication and scheme presentations for client hospitals, complete experimental demonstration and operational training, and handle all after-sales product problems.

3. 持续跟踪收集产品反馈，问题及时上报，推动公司产品优化迭代

Collect ongoing product feedback, report problems in a timely manner, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the company's products.

任职要求

1. 医学检验、药学、生物技术等相关专业本科及以上学历，英语口语流利

Bachelor degree or above in Medical Laboratory, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and other related majors with fluent oral English.

2. 实验动手能力、沟通能力突出，工作认真负责

Excellent hands-on experimental ability and communication skills, careful and responsible in work.

3. 抗压能力强，能够接受海外长期驻外

Capable of enduring high pressure and accepting long-term overseas stationing.
