职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

• Response for EPO related categories. Conduct sourcing, screening, qualification assessment and hierarchical management for EPO related suppliers. Evaluate suppliers‘ capability, after-sales technical service and quality control system. Establish and optimize qualified supplier database, and develop alternative high-quality suppliers continuously.

• Lead all contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation and maintenance with regional/local suppliers that will allow Henlius to maximize opportunity.

• Maintain supplier database, make cost driver analysis, and have an insight into innovative solutions for reducing costs.

• Manage the supply base for the categories within scope through a robust performance management process. Ensure supplier performance is understood and measured.

• Fulfillment of other tasks assigned by the management.

任职要求

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

• At least 8 years sourcing experience, and over 3 years' work experience in procurement with CAPEX project delivery.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Ariba and SAP is a plus.

• Fluent oral and written in English.

• Self-motivated, and proactive in dealing with issues.
