> Develop, optimize, and implement in vitro immuneassays to generate reliable data in a timely manner

Assay development of cell-based functional assaysusing cell lines, human primary cells, and mammalian blood/tissue-derived cells.

> Screening multiple formats of drugs such as biologics,fusion proteins, ADC and small molecule drugs to testthe binding affinity, specificity, cellular signaling,cellular uptake, proliferation and function assays. Including immune cells (T, B, NK DC macrophageetc) activation, differentiation and immune cytokine

Profiling.Target identification and validation of MOA> Being involved in multiple projects in a fast-paced

multi-disciplinary environment.

> Maintain organized electronic lab notebook of allstudy data and records

任职要求

> A minimal of M.Sc or a Ph.D. in Immunology, CellBiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or arelated discipline is required.

> A 3+ years of job-related experience in preclinical bioassay development is preferred.

> Proven records of in vitro cell based functional assay using various types of immune cells and tumor cells, and cell-based assay development is required, including but not limited to reporter assay, ELISA.BLI/SPR, flow cytometry, cell adhesion and migration, killing. T-cell/Treg/NK/basophil activation,T-cell cytotoxicity, cytokine profiling, ADCC, ADCP,CDC), GPCR signaling, epitope analysis.

Previously working in an immunological assay group is desired.

> Ability to work independently as well as a team is a must.

> Good written English and data presentation skills.
