任职要求

• Regulatory Affairs SM/AD/D（Japan）

Contribute to international regulatory strategy aligned with the overall R&D strategy, draft and execute action plans in Japan accordingly；

Supervise on the whole RA process control and quality control and management.

• Clinical scientific liaison SM/AD/D（Japan）

Carry out feasibility activities at the study level by providing the study team with information on the medical environment and standard treatment in Japan；

Identify opportunities for collaboration with KOLs to present at scientific forums；

Support the creation of patient recruitment plans at the study level and site level and be responsible for patient recruitment according to the patient recruitment plan per assigned site/s.

• Pharmacovigilance SM/AD/D（Japan）

Contributes and oversees the pharmacovigilance (PV) system,to ensure compliance with PMDA requirements；

Oversees the medicinal products’ safety profile, including any emerging safety concerns；

Providing input into the preparation of regulatory action in Japan in response to emerging safety concerns.

• Quality Assurance SM/AD/D（Japan）

Responsible for Henlius’ quality operation in Japan；

Ensure compliance with Japanese cGMP regulation, especially for importation of biopharmaceutical products；

Responsible for any GMP inspections/certifications by Japanese authority.

• Overseas Commercial Development General Manager（Singapore/Europe）

Drive the achievement of commercial objectives in collaboration with overseas business partners, mainly in Southeast Asia, America, Europe, and South America；

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, assess industry trends, and evaluate competitive positioning to optimize regional market performance；

Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand the overseas commercial team, aligning with the company’s long-term international growth objectives.
