职位描述

1、生产与物料计划统筹

1.1 依据客户订单、需求预测及产能数据，编制主生产计划（MPS）、物料需求计划（MRP）及周/日生产排程，平衡产能、物料与交付需求，确保计划可行性。

1.2 主导NPI到量产的计划衔接，保障新项目顺利导入；同步工程变更（ECO）对计划的影响，协调资源完成切换。

1.3 跟进生产进度，快速处理物料短缺、设备故障、订单变更等异常，调整排程并同步至生产、采购、仓储等部门，降低交付风险。

2、物料与库存管控

2.1 制定物料采购计划，跟进供应商交期，确保物料齐套；管控原材料、半成品、成品库存，优化库存结构，降低呆滞料与库存成本，定期组织盘点，保证账实相符。

2.2 负责物料超储与呆滞（E&O）管理，推动降本方案，协同采购、研发处理物料损耗与成本优化。

3、订单交付与客户协同

3.1 全流程跟踪订单交付，及时向客户反馈生产与交付状态，确保按时、按质、按量交付，提升客户满意度。

3.2 对接客户需求，处理订单变更、加急订单等特殊情况，平衡客户需求与内部产能，成为客户与内部运营的沟通枢纽。

4、跨部门协同与流程优化

4.1 协调生产、采购、仓储、质量、销售等部门，定期召开计划协调会，解决资源冲突、交付瓶颈等问题，保障计划落地。

4.2 负责计划相关KPI（交付及时率、计划达成率、物料齐套率等）的统计与分析，输出改善报告，推动流程优化，提升运营效率。

5、团队与系统管理

5.1 管理计划团队，分配工作任务，提升团队专业能力；主导ERP系统（如SAP）中计划模块的维护与优化，确保数据准确与流程顺畅。

5.2 管控计划相关财务指标，降低运营风险，确保符合合同与合规要求。

Job Responsibilities

1. Production and Material Planning Coordination

1.1 Formulate Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) as well as weekly and daily production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts and capacity data, balance production capacity, materials and delivery demands to guarantee the feasibility of plans.

1.2 Lead the planning connection from NPI to mass production to ensure smooth launch of new projects; synchronize the impact of Engineering Change Order (ECO) on plans and coordinate resources to complete production switchover.

1.3 Track production progress, quickly resolve abnormal issues including material shortages, equipment failures and order changes, adjust production schedules and synchronize relevant information with production, purchasing, warehouse and other departments to cut down delivery risks.

2. Material and Inventory Control

2.1 Formulate material procurement plans and follow up supplier delivery lead times to ensure full material kitting; manage inventories of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products, optimize inventory structure, reduce obsolete materials and inventory costs, organize regular stocktaking to keep book records consistent with actual stock.

2.2 Take charge of excess and obsolete (E&O) material management, push forward cost reduction plans, and cooperate with purchasing and R&D teams to address material waste and optimize costs.

3. Order Delivery and Customer Collaboration

3.1 Track full-cycle order delivery, timely feedback production and delivery status to customers, realize on-time, qualified and full-quantity delivery so as to improve customer satisfaction.

3.2 Communicate with customers to collect demands, handle special cases such as order modifications and rush orders, balance customer requirements and internal production capacity, and act as the communication bridge between customers and internal operation teams.

4. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Process Optimization

4.1 Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, quality, sales and other departments, hold regular planning coordination meetings to resolve resource conflicts and delivery bottlenecks and ensure the execution of plans.

4.2 Conduct statistics and analysis on planning-related KPIs including on-time delivery rate, plan fulfillment rate and material kitting rate, deliver improvement reports, drive process optimization and raise overall operational efficiency.

5. Team and System Management

5.1 Manage the planning team, assign work tasks and improve the professional competence of team members; take charge of maintenance and optimization of planning modules in ERP systems such as SAP to ensure accurate data and smooth business processes.

5.2 Control financial indicators related to planning, mitigate operational risks and ensure full compliance with contracts and relevant regulations.

任职要求

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工业工程、生产管理、物流管理等相关专业优先。

2、工作经验：5-8年以上制造业PC&L相关经验，有EMS行业（如电子、汽车电子）计划管理经验优先；具备团队管理经验者优先。

3、专业技能：精通MPS、MRP编制逻辑，掌握生产排程、物料管控、库存优化方法，熟悉电子制造全流程及BOM、产能核算；熟练使用SAP、BAAN等ERP系统，精通Excel（函数、数据透视表）等办公软件，具备较强数据分析能力；熟悉质量体系（ISO9001）及HSE相关要求，了解ECO、E&O管理流程。

4、沟通能力：良好的中英文沟通与谈判能力，能对接国际客户与跨区域团队；优秀的统筹协调、问题解决与抗压能力，适应多任务并行与快速响应的工作节奏。

Job Requirements

1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Logistics Management or related fields are preferred.

2. Work Experience: Over 5-8 years of PC&L working experience in manufacturing industry; planning management experience in EMS industry (consumer electronics, automotive electronics, etc.) is preferred; candidates with team management experience are highly preferred.

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in MPS and MRP formulation logic, master production scheduling, material control and inventory optimization methods, familiar with full electronic manufacturing process, BOM and capacity calculation; proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and BAAN, skilled in Excel (functions, PivotTables) with strong data analysis capabilities; familiar with ISO9001 quality system and HSE requirements, knowledgeable about ECO and E&O management processes.

4. Communication Competence: Possess excellent Chinese and English communication and negotiation skills, capable of communicating with global customers and cross-regional teams; outstanding overall coordination, problem-solving and stress resistance skills, able to adapt to multi-task and fast-paced work.
