生产经理

职位描述

1、根据公司的年度经营目标，参与制定并执行本部门的年度工作目标和各阶段工作目标；

2、全面控制、协调生产部门的资源及各项生产活动，保质、保量完成交付；

3、参与公司生产效率提升和产品质量改善的行动计划与实施；

4、负责工单清尾及结案进度点检，超期工单数据异常分析；

5、与研发部门密切合作开发新产品，革新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量；

6、制订与实施库存计划和生产成本控制计划；

7、根据生产加工流程和技术要求确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤，分配工作任务；

8、执行7S与精益生产管理，杜绝八大浪费；

9、组织部门员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作；

10、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

1.Based on the company's annual business goals, participate in formulating and implementing the department's annual work goals and stage-by-stage work goals;

2.Fully control and coordinate the resources and production activities of the production department, and complete the delivery with quality and quantity guarantee;

3.Participate in the action plan and implementation for improving production efficiency and product quality within the company;

4.Responsible for tracking the progress of work order clearance and case closure, as well as analyzing anomalies in overdue work order data；

5. Collaborate closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and processes, and improve product quality;

6. Develop and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans;

7. Determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel based on the production and processing process and technical requirements, and allocate work tasks;

8. Implement 7S and lean production management to eliminate the eight major wastes;

9. The appointment, training, and assessment of employees in the organizational department;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/物理/化学）相关专业；

2、8年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业生产经理工作经验，有台资/日资企业生产管理经验者优先，管理幅度超过600人；

3、熟悉精益生产管理、运营管理、成本控制等相关工作流程；

4、具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。

1.1.Bachelor degree or above, major in science and technology (mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;

2.More than 8 years of electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production management experience is preferred, management range of more than 600 people;

3.Proficient in lean production management, operation management, cost control and other related workflow;

4.With good planning, organization, coordination, innovation and other management capabilities.
