自动化采购工程师

职位描述

1、负责光通信领域自动化设备、元器件及相关物料的采购开发，完成供应商挖掘、审核与准入，搭建优质供应商库，保障供应链稳定运转。

2、结合行业技术趋势与公司需求，制定自动化采购策略，优化采购流程，推动采购环节自动化、数字化升级。

3、主导采购成本管控，通过比价议价、批量采购等方式降本，定期开展成本分析与报表编制，支撑采购决策。

4、协同生产、技术等部门，确认设备及物料技术参数与验收标准，解决采购过程中技术对接、质量异议等问题。

5、负责供应商绩效管理，建立考核与淘汰机制，定期评估供应商，保障物料质量与交付周期。

6、跟进采购订单全流程，监控交期、质量与物流，协调解决异常问题，确保生产物料按时到位。

7、收集行业自动化采购相关市场信息与技术动态，分析供需及价格走势，为采购策略调整提供依据。

1.Responsible for the procurement and development of automated equipment, components and related materials in optical communication field, including supplier mining, auditing and access, building a high-quality supplier library to ensure stable supply chain operation.

2.Formulate automated procurement strategies based on industry technology trends and company needs, optimize procurement processes, and promote automated and digital upgrading of procurement links.

3.Lead procurement cost control, achieve cost reduction through price comparison, bulk procurement, etc., regularly conduct cost analysis and prepare reports to support procurement decisions.

4.Collaborate with production, technology and other departments to confirm technical parameters and acceptance standards of equipment and materials, and solve problems such as technical docking and quality objections in procurement.

5.Responsible for supplier performance management, establish assessment and elimination mechanisms, regularly evaluate suppliers, and ensure material quality and delivery cycle.

6.Follow up the whole process of procurement orders, monitor delivery date, quality and logistics, coordinate to solve abnormal problems, and ensure production materials are in place on time.

7.Collect market information and technology trends related to industry automated procurement, analyze supply and demand and price trends, and provide basis for procurement strategy adjustment.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，供应链、自动化、光通信等相关专业优先，3年以上光通信或自动化设备采购开发经验。

2、熟悉自动化设备、核心元器件的技术特性与采购流程，具备扎实采购知识。

3、具备优秀的供应商开发与管理能力，拥有行业供应商资源，能独立完成供应商审核与谈判。

4、具备较强成本分析、商务谈判与问题解决能力，能有效控制采购成本，妥善处理各类采购异常。

5、熟悉采购自动化工具，有采购流程优化与数字化升级实操经验者优先。

6、具备良好的沟通协调、团队协作与抗压能力，工作严谨负责，执行力强。

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain, automation, optical communication and other related majors is preferred, with more than 3 years of experience in optical communication or automated equipment procurement and development.

2.Familiar with the technical characteristics and procurement processes of optical communication automated equipment and core components (optical modules, optical fiber devices, etc.), with solid procurement knowledge.

3.Possess excellent supplier development and management capabilities, have industry supplier resources, and can independently complete supplier auditing and negotiation.

4.Possess strong capabilities in cost analysis, business negotiation and problem-solving, can effectively control procurement costs and properly handle various procurement abnormalities.

5.Familiar with procurement automation tools such as ERP and CRM, and those with practical experience in procurement process optimization and digital upgrading are preferred.

6.Possess good communication, coordination, teamwork and pressure resistance, be rigorous and responsible in work, and have strong executive ability.
