职位描述

1、负责产品性能测试和测试软件编写

2、分析测试数据和定位问题

3、编写测试相关技术文档，产出测试报告

4、负责光模块测试平台搭建，测试系统性能验证，以及新设备评估

5、根据产品需求（如传输速率、波长、功耗）设计测试用例，制定测试计划（DVT/PVT阶段）

6、搭建自动化测试平台（如LabVIEW/Python脚本开发），提升测试效率与数据一致性

1.Responsible for product performance testing and test‑software development.

2.Analyze test data and troubleshoot problems.

3.Compile test‑related technical documents and generate test reports.

4.Build optical‑module test platforms, verify test‑system performance, and evaluate new test equipment.

5.Design test cases and formulate test plans for DVT/PVT phases according to product requirements (e.g. data rate, wavelength, power consumption).

6.Build automated test platforms (e.g. LabVIEW / Python script development) to improve test efficiency and data consistency.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化等相关专业本科以上学历

2、3年以上光模块产品测试经验，1年以上100Gbps速率以上产品测试经验

3、熟悉光模块工作原理，协议和工作指标

4、熟悉光模块测试平台，测试方法，测试流程

5、熟练使用一种或多种编程语言

6、跟踪模块测试过程中出现的问题，积极推动问题及时合理的解决

7、逻辑清晰，肯钻研，个性开朗，有良好的英文阅读沟通能力

8、良好的沟通能力、团队协作和责任心，富有激情，学习能力强

9、能接受一定程度的出差

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Automation or other related disciplines.

2.More than 3 years of optical‑module product testing experience, with at least 1‑year testing experience on products of 100Gbps and above.

3.Familiar with the working principles, protocols and performance specifications of optical modules.

4.Familiar with optical‑module test platforms, test methods and test procedures.

5.Proficient in one or more programming languages.

6.Track problems occurring during module testing, and actively drive timely and proper resolutions.

7.Clear logical thinking, willing to do in‑depth research, outgoing personality, with good English reading and communication skills.

8.Good communication skills, team‑work spirit and sense of responsibility, self‑motivated and quick‑learner.

Able to accept occasional business trips.
