财务经理（分子公司）

职位描述

1、执行公司财务核算、预算管理及相关制度，对不符合或异常及时上报和改正

Implement company financial accounting, budget management, and related policies; promptly report and correct non-compliances or anomalies

2、执行公司的内控管理制度，对流程优化提出改善性建议

Enforce internal control management systems and propose improvements for process optimization

3、指导和监督实施公司对资金、有价证券、固定资产、列管资产、存货管理的盘点，并确保资产的有效性、安全性和真实性，全面有效管理公司财务各项工作

Guide and supervise inventory management of funds, securities, fixed assets, controlled assets, and stock; ensure asset validity, security, and authenticity; comprehensively manage financial operations

4、严格执行国家相关法律法规中的相关规定，对不符提出改善性建议

Strictly comply with national laws and regulations; propose corrective actions for non-compliances

5、检查与指导进口清关资料及缴税相关事项的处理；负责复核出口报关事项的准确、合规性；监督进口报税料件的管理与核销事项

Review and guide import customs clearance documentation and tax payment; verify accuracy and compliance of export declarations; oversee management and verification of imported taxable materials

6、协调相关部门及时处理进、出口异常事项，持续优化进出口业务流程，并研究相关政策落实，确保公司进、出口资质的逐步提升，提高公司通关效率、降低查验率

Coordinate cross-departmental resolution of import/export exceptions; optimize trade processes; implement policies to enhance qualifications, improve customs efficiency, and reduce inspection rates

7、组织、实施公司年度预算，并在季末对下季度进行更新；监督资本支出及费用执行情况并与年度/月度预算比较，编制预算执行分析报表，对异常进行管控

Organize and implement annual budgets with quarterly updates; monitor capital expenditures and expenses against budgets; prepare analysis reports and manage deviations

8、统筹、编制、复核年度/月度财务报表、所得税、外汇、研发项目及其他规定报表的申报；监督各类证书的年检工作等

Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax filings (income tax, forex), R&D reports, and other regulatory submissions; supervise annual certifications and inspections

9、编制公司经营情况分析报表、各产品线/事业部经营分析报表，并对异常进行跟踪处理

Prepare company-wide and product line/business unit performance analyses; track and resolve anomalies

10、编制或汇总公司规定的各类分析报表，及时向公司领导及财务总监汇报财务状况；控制费用、降低成本，完成各产品成本核算及分析

Compile financial analysis reports for management and CFO; control costs, optimize expenses, and perform product cost accounting

11、指导、复核公司单项分析汇总报表，参与经营分析会议，跟踪处理异常部分

Guide and review detailed financial summaries; participate in business reviews; track and resolve critical issues

任职要求

1、全日制本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等专业

Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields

2、10年以上财务工作经验，5年以上团队管理经验

10+ years of financial experience, including 5+ years in team management

3、踏实、务实，能够谨慎本分完成分公司财务管理工作

Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and capable of managing branch financial operations with integrity

4、有过制造业行业经验者优先考虑

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

5、有中级等财会证书者优先

Intermediate Accounting Certificate (e.g., CPA, ACCA) holders preferred
