财务分析经理

职位描述

1、协助总监主导公司年度预算编制工作，并监控预算执行情况，实施月度实际与预算偏差分析，找出原因并提出改善建议，并跟踪业务部门落实

Assist the director in leading the company’s annual budget preparation, monitor budget execution, conduct monthly variance analysis between actual performance and budget, identify root causes, propose improvement suggestions, and follow up with business departments for implementation.

2、深入各业务线，提供专项财务分析，评估其盈利能力、效率等

Dive deep into various business lines to provide specialized financial analysis, evaluating profitability, efficiency, and other key metrics.

3、定期编制并提报集团月度经营分析报告（包括但不限于销售分析、成本分析、毛利分析、费用分析、效率分析等），通过分析发现公司运营中存在的问题，并组织与业务的讨论共同找出原因及解决措施

Regularly prepare and submit monthly operational analysis reports to the group (including but not limited to sales analysis, cost analysis, gross margin analysis, expense analysis, efficiency analysis, etc.), identify operational issues through analysis, and organize discussions with business units to determine root causes and solutions.

4、牵头组织年度各业务线降本增效方案、目标及具体的计算统计逻辑，每月汇总各业务年度降本方案落地情况，推动、跟踪降本方案落地

Lead the organization of annual cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement plans, targets, and specific calculation methodologies for each business line; consolidate monthly progress on the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives, and drive and track their execution.

5、组织成本岗位实施月度产品线经营数据分析，参与公司月度产品线经营分析会

Organize the cost management team to perform monthly operational data analysis for product lines, and participate in the company’s monthly product line operational review meetings.

6、搭建集团财务分析体系，并持续优化财务分析流程工具和方法

Establish the group’s financial analysis framework, and continuously optimize financial analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，财会、审计类等相关专业毕业

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

2、从事制造业财务分析或成本管理相关工作7年以上，中级会计师等优先

Over 7 years of experience in financial analysis or cost management in the manufacturing industry; preference given to candidates with certifications such as Intermediate Accountant.

3、熟练掌握OFFICE, EXCEL等办公软件及SAP财务软件的运用

Proficient in office software such as OFFICE and EXCEL, as well as financial software like SAP.

4、熟悉国家财税政策、法律法规、有较强责任心及沟通能力

Familiarity with national financial and tax policies, laws, and regulations; strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.

5、精通财务核算，熟悉生产性企业的核算流程，掌握成本核算逻辑及成本分析方法

Expertise in financial accounting, familiarity with accounting processes in manufacturing enterprises, and mastery of cost accounting logic and analysis methods.
