职位描述

1、按照供应商审核计划和文件要求实施供应商审核

2、按照体系文件要求对供应商绩效考核

3、按照供应商开发计划开发供应商

4、负责对IQC人员培训和考核

5、对来料不良复判确认

6、负责对供应商的资质进行审核

7、负责与供应商就质量方面问题进行沟通

8、负责制定来料检验标准作为来料检验的依据

9、定期对公司来料供应商进行审核、评估和技术上的帮助

10、负责供应商纠正和预防措施的追踪，避免问题的重复发生

11、不断改进和提高来料检验的程序和体系以及检验员的检验质量

12、负责物料成分，ROHS、REACH等有害物质的管理

1.Conduct supplier audits in accordance with supplier audit plans and document requirements.

2.Perform supplier performance assessment as required by system documents.

3.Develop suppliers based on the supplier development plan.

4.Be responsible for training and assessment of IQC staff.

5.Re‑judge and confirm non‑conforming incoming materials.

6.Be responsible for reviewing supplier qualifications.

7.Communicate with suppliers on quality‑related issues.

8.Formulate incoming material inspection standards as the basis for incoming inspection.

9.Regularly audit, evaluate and provide technical support to incoming‑material suppliers of the company.

10.Follow up on suppliers’ corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

11.Continuously improve incoming‑inspection procedures, systems and inspectors’ inspection quality.

12.Manage material composition and hazardous‑substance compliance such as RoHS and REACH.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上工作经验；

3、消费电子、半导体、通信行业制造业经验优先；

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2.More than 3 years of working experience.

3.Prior working experience in consumer electronics, semiconductor or communication manufacturing industry is preferred.
