光器件产品开发工程师

职位描述

1、作为产品开发负责人，内外对接窗口，对产品技术负责

Act as the technical owner and primary liaison for internal/external communication in product development.

2、负责光引擎的方案选型，协调内外资源推动完成光学仿真、工艺和结构设计

Lead optical engine solution selection, coordinate cross-functional resources to drive optical simulation, process, and structural design.

3、输出产品相关3D模型，物料图纸，光学和结构公差分析，工艺流程、贴装图纸及工艺管控计划

Deliver product-related 3D models, material drawings, optical/structural tolerance analysis, process flows, assembly drawings, and process control plans.

4、主导制样阶段工装、夹治具评估设计，推动完成工艺开发及可靠性验证

Oversee tooling and fixture evaluation/design during prototyping, drive process development and reliability validation.

5、主导产品可靠性验证，分析及解决可靠性中出现的异常

Lead product reliability validation, analyze and resolve anomalies during reliability testing.

6、负责产品全周期内技术问题分析及解决，提高良率、降低工时及成本

Analyze and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle to improve yield, reduce labor hours, and lower costs.

7、负责产品BOM、图纸及ECX相关制定、变更及Agile系统维护

Manage BOM, drawings, ECX-related documentation, and Agile system maintenance.

8、推动物料级可靠性验证、参与制定来料及可靠性标准制定

Drive component-level reliability validation and participate in defining incoming material/reliability standards.

9、协助实验室制样、NPI试产及转产工作，参与二供降本验证

Support lab prototyping, NPI trial production, mass production transition, and secondary sourcing cost-reduction validation.

任职要求

1、硕士及以上学历，通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业

Master’s degree or above in Communication Engineering, Optical Science & Technology, Optical Communication, Electronic Information Technology, or related fields.

2、3年以上光器件产品设计或工艺经验，1年以上100Gbps速率以上产品大批量经验，有大型企业工作经历者优先

3+ years of experience in optical device design/process engineering, with 1+ years in high-volume production of 100Gbps+ products. Experience in large enterprises is preferred.

3、熟悉光器件产品开发、测试验证、生产调试、量产转产等相关工作

Familiar with optical device development, test validation, production debugging, and mass production transition.

4、英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力

CET-4 or above with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

5、逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动

Strong logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; fast learner with hands-on capability and diligence; responsible, positive, trustworthy, and proactive.

6、能承受一定的工作压力；能适应短期海外出差工作需要

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to short-term overseas business trips.
