职位描述

1、按照供应商审核计划和文件要求实施供应商审核；

1. Conduct supplier audits according to the supplier audit plan and document requirements.

2、按照体系文件要求对供应商绩效考核；

2. Perform supplier performance evaluations based on system document requirements.

3、按照供应商开发计划开发供应商；

3. Develop suppliers according to the supplier development plan.

4、负责对IQC人员培训和考核；

4. Be responsible for the training and assessment of IQC personnel.

5、对来料不良复判确认；

5. Re-judge and confirm non-conforming incoming materials.

6、负责对供应商的资质进行审核；

6. Be responsible for auditing supplier qualifications.

7、负责与供应商就质量方面问题进行沟通；

7. Be responsible for communicating with suppliers on quality issues.

8、负责制定来料检验标准作为来料检验的依据；

8. Be responsible for establishing incoming inspection standards as the basis for inspection.

9、定期对公司来料供应商进行审核、评估和技术上的帮助；

9. Regularly audit, evaluate, and provide technical assistance to the company's incoming material suppliers.

10、负责供应商纠正和预防措施的追踪，避免问题的重复发生；

10. Be responsible for tracking suppliers' corrective and preventive actions to prevent problem recurrence.

11、不断改进和提高来料检验的程序和体系以及检验员的检验质量；

11. Continuously improve and enhance the incoming inspection procedures, system, and the inspection quality of inspectors.

12、负责物料成分，ROHS、REACH等有害物质的管理；

12. Be responsible for managing material composition and hazardous substances such as ROHS and REACH.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历；

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2、3年以上工作经验；

2. More than 3 years of work experience.

3、消费电子、半导体、通信行业制造业经验优先。

3.Experience in the manufacturing of consumer electronics, semiconductors, or the communication industry is preferred.
