职位描述

岗位职责

1、负责公司生产设备的分类管理、建立设备管理档案并做好日常维护工作。

2、统筹制定设备日常维护、保养及大修计划，落地执行各项维保工作，对外送维修设备进行验收与鉴定。

3、结合公司生产产能需求，协助开展新增设备的评估、选型工作，完成设备请购流程。

4、负责新增设备的进场安装、调试、验收全流程工作，日常监督、检查、考核设备运行及保养状态，统筹设备报废、处置等全生命周期管理。

5、负责公司动力设备、空压机等各类特种设备的日常管理与维保工作，保障特种设备合规稳定运行。

6、统筹公司安全生产管理工作，常态化开展风险源识别、风险防控排查，落实整体安全管控工作。

7、全面负责公司厂务管理工作，包含厂务工程申报、施工监督、验收结案，厂区绿化养护、危废与固废合规处理等工作。

8、负责公司能源管理，统计分析厂区用水、用电数据，制定并落实降耗减损方案，降低能源损耗。

9、统筹全厂用电安全管理，落实日常电路巡查、设备检修、运维保养等工作，杜绝用电安全隐患。

10、负责公司基础设施整体管理，涵盖厂房、水电设施、照明、电梯、围墙、消防设施等所有基础设施的日常管理、维修与养护工作。

11、梳理、评估、修订及完善设备管理制度、体系文件及部门各类规章制度，规范部门工作流程。

12、跟进部门质量目标达成情况，针对未达标项分析根源，制定专项改善措施并落地执行，持续追踪改善成效。

13、对接新厂区基建工作，提供设备、厂务相关专业配套支持，保障新厂区基建顺利推进。

14、统筹设备厂务部整体运营规划，全面负责部门各项日常管理工作，保障部门高效运转。

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the classified management of the company's production equipment, establish equipment management files, and carry out daily maintenance.

2. Formulate and coordinate equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul plans, be responsible for their implementation, and conduct acceptance and appraisal of outsourced repaired equipment.

3. Assist in the evaluation and selection of new equipment according to production capacity requirements, and complete the purchase requisition work.

4. Take charge of the installation, debugging and acceptance of new equipment, supervise, inspect and assess the operation and maintenance status of equipment, and manage the entire lifecycle of equipment including scrapping and disposal.

5. Be responsible for the management and maintenance of special equipment such as power equipment and air compressor equipment throughout the company.

6. Take charge of the company's safety work, organize daily identification of risk sources, risk prevention and overall management.

7. Be responsible for the company's facility management work, including the application, construction supervision, acceptance and closure of facility projects, as well as greening maintenance, hazardous waste treatment, solid waste treatment, etc.

8. Be responsible for the company's energy management work, including the analysis of electricity and water usage and the reduction of energy losses.

9. Ensure the safety of electricity use throughout the company, including daily inspections, repairs and maintenance.

10. Be responsible for the management of the company's infrastructure, including the management, repair and maintenance of factory buildings, water and electricity facilities, lighting, elevators, walls, fire-fighting facilities and other infrastructures.

11. Evaluate, revise and supplement equipment management systems, management system documents and departmental documents.

12. Be responsible for achieving the quality objectives of the department, analyze the reasons for non-achievement, propose improvement measures, and track improvement results.

13. Provide equipment and facility-related support during the infrastructure construction of new factory areas.

14. Conduct overall planning and comprehensive management of the Equipment and Facility Department.

4、工程管理能力：具备扎实的厂务工程项目管理能力，擅长调研收集项目资料、整合信息，精准推进工程项目决策与落地实施。

5、设备维保能力：可精准分析设备故障根源，制定针对性优化改善方案，减少设备故障复发频次，持续维持、优化设备性能与技术状态。
