生产主管

职位描述

1、根据 PMC 生产计划，合理安排布置机台/生产线作业，保证按质，按量，按计划按工序组织生产；

2、负责生产的人员、设备、材料的组织、调度、指挥，对生产过程出现的问题及时协调，异常及时上报；

3、主导车间成本管控，良率提升、效率提升、降低损耗计划，按照制定KPI完成各项指标；

4、建立和执行现场管理制度，推进7S现场管理制度；

5、审核产线报表、记录、单据等，确保记录和数据的及时、真实、可靠；

6、落实公司各项安全生产制度，开展安全检查及安全教育；

7、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

1.Organize and allocate machines/production lines according to PMC schedules to ensure quality production output meets planned quantities and processes;

2. Manage workforce allocation, equipment deployment and material distribution for production operations, promptly coordinating issues and escalating abnormalities;

3. Lead workshop cost control initiatives including yield improvement, efficiency enhancement and waste reduction to achieve KPIs;

4. Establish and enforce on-site management systems, promoting 7S workplace organization methodology;

5. Verify production reports, records and documentation to ensure timely, accurate and reliable data;

6. Implement corporate safety protocols, conduct safety inspections and provide safety training;

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/物理/化学）等相关专业；

2、3年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业生产经理工作经验，有台资/日资企业生产管理经验者优先；

3、熟悉精益生产管理、运营管理、成本控制等相关工作流程；

4、具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields(mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;

2. 3+ years' electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production management experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with lean production management, operation management, cost control and other related workflow;

4. Excellent planning, organization, execution and communication ability.
