职位描述

1、负责新项目的产品结构设计和优化

Responsible for the structural design and optimization of new project products.

2、负责产品的装配生产技术文件制作

Responsible for creating technical documents for product assembly and production.

3、负责产品组装和测试工艺的设计开发

Responsible for the design and development of product assembly and testing processes.

4、负责结构件图纸绘制，BOM、DFMEA、DCN/ECR 等文件制作

Responsible for drawing structural part drawings and creating documents such as BOM, DFMEA, DCN/ECR.

5、负责产品的可靠度测试和优化

Responsible for product reliability testing and optimization.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，机械或自动化类相关专业

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.

2、5 年以上光模块项目的结构设计工作经验，3 年以上独立项目设计工作经验

More than 5 years of experience in structural design for optical module projects, and over 3 years of experience in independent project design.

3、熟练使用设计绘图软件

Proficiency in design and drawing software.

4、熟悉基本的机械设计知识，熟练掌握压铸件、冲压件、注塑件等零件设计和生产工艺

Familiarity with basic mechanical design knowledge, and mastery of part design and production processes for die-castings, stampings, injection moldings, etc.

5、熟悉相关材料和表面处理工艺

Familiarity with relevant materials and surface treatment processes.

6、熟悉相关的产品测试要求，如可靠度、EMI、ESD 等

Familiarity with relevant product testing requirements, such as reliability, EMI, ESD, etc.

7、具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力

Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

8、逻辑清晰，肯钻研，个性开朗，有良好的英文表达及读写能力

Clear logical thinking, willingness to research, cheerful personality, and good English expression and reading/writing skills.

9、善于沟通，有责任心和团队协作精神，具备创新能力

Good at communication, with a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and innovation ability.
