耦合工程师

职位描述

1、负责高速光器件的新项目阶段透镜耦合、激光焊接以及平行缝焊等关键工艺实施，完成工艺正交实验，验证和定型稳定的工艺。

1.Responsible for implementing key processes such as lens coupling, laser welding and parallel seam welding in the new project phase of high-speed optical devices, completing process orthogonal experiments to verify and finalize stable processes.

2、高速 100G、400G 以及 800G 等光器件以及光引擎样品制作；关键工艺新平台的验证以及导入。

2.Fabricated samples of optical devices and optical engines including 100G, 400G and 800G high-speed products; verified and introduced new platforms for key processes.

3、支持样品、小批量以及量产阶段的工艺相关问题的跟进、上报以及分析解决，提供工艺相关的改善建议。

3.Supported the follow-up, reporting, analysis and resolution of process-related issues in sample, low-volume and mass production stages, and provided process improvement suggestions.

4、负责跟进项目 alpha、beta、小批量等以及可靠性产品相关数据收集、数据整理及分析。

4.Responsible for tracking projects in alpha, beta and low-volume stages, as well as collecting, organizing and analyzing product reliability data.

5、新产品阶段主导工艺相关的常规失效分析、良率改善和提升、以及作业员培训等。

5.Led routine process-related failure analysis, yield improvement and operator training during the new product development phase.

6、负责研发样品阶段相关工艺点检数据 & SPC 数据收集、整理以及完成标准件的建立。

6.Responsible for collecting and organizing process inspection data & SPC data for R&D samples, and establishing standard components.

7、完成相关工艺岗位的初版 SOP&WI，以及其他技术文档。

7.Completed the initial versions of SOP & WI for related process positions and other technical documents.

8、完成研发线对应研发设备的调试、测试，主导研发线对应的设备维护保养、故障处理，夹治具申请与管理维护。

8.Completed debugging and testing of R&D equipment on the R&D line; led equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, as well as application and management of fixtures.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历

Bachelor's degree or above

2、有源器件 2年以上耦合工作经验

Minimum 2 years of coupling experience with active devices

3、熟悉有源产品的耦合工艺

Familiar with the coupling processes for active products

4、了解光学耦合算法

Understanding of optical coupling algorithms

5、有较强的光学、问题点对策改善能力

Strong capabilities in optics, problem-solving, and improvement

6、有平行光路光通信器件制造耦合经验者优先

Experience in coupling manufacturing for parallel optical path communication devices is preferred
