职位描述

1、负责新项目从立项到转产过程的相关项目管理工作

2、负责协调项目开发过程中的各项资源，包括人力，设备，物料等

3、负责落实并存档项目开发过程中的所有输入输出资料

4、负责与国内外客户日常沟通项目开发过程中的各项事务

5、主导项目立项评审，制定项目计划（WBS、甘特图），明确范围、资源需求及里程碑节点

6、跟踪项目进度，识别延期风险并制定应对措施，定期输出项目报告（进度、成本、风险）

7、建立项目风险库（如技术迭代风险、客户需求变更），制定预防与应急计划

1.Be responsible for the relevant project management work of new projects from the project approval stage to the transfer to mass production stage.

2.Be responsible for coordinating various resources in the project development process, including human resources, equipment, materials, etc.

3.Be responsible for implementing and filing all input and output materials in the project development process.

4.Be responsible for the daily communication with domestic and foreign customers about various matters in the project development process.

5.Lead the project approval review, formulate project plans (WBS, Gantt chart), and clarify the scope, resource requirements and milestone nodes.

6.Track the project progress, identify the risks of delay and formulate countermeasures, and regularly output project reports (progress, cost, risks).

7.Establish a project risk database (such as the risks of technological iteration, changes in customer requirements), and formulate prevention and emergency plans

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，理工科类专业

2、3 年及以上工作经验，必须要求有同行业经验

3、优先考虑具有跨国公司项目管理经验者

4、优先考虑有 PMP 证书者

5、英语书，写，说流利

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering.

2.At least 3 years of working experience; relevant experience in the same industry is mandatory.

3.Candidates with project management experience in multinational companies are preferred.

4.PMP certification is preferred.

5.Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
