职位描述

1、负责新项目的产品电路设计和优化

Responsible for circuit design and optimization for new product projects

2、负责产品的调试和测试规格书等生产技术文件制作

Responsible for product debugging, testing specifications, and preparation of technical production documents

3、负责产品技术问题的应对与解决，通过优化电路设计提高生产的良率

Address and resolve technical issues, improving production yield through circuit design optimization

4、负责PCB图纸绘制，BOM、DFMEA、DCN/ECR等文件制作

Create PCB layouts and prepare documents (e.g., BOM, DFMEA, DCN/ECR)

5、负责撰写相关设计文档、测试报告，为生产、维护和技术支持提供指导

Draft design documentation and test reports to guide production, maintenance, and technical support

6、负责产品的可靠性测试和优化

Conduct reliability testing and optimization of products

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程或相关专业

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field

2、3年以上光模块电子设计相关工作经验，熟悉光模块的基本原理、结构以及电路设计流程

3+ years of experience in optical module electronic design, with knowledge of principles, architecture, and circuit design workflows

3、具备扎实的电路理论知识，熟悉模拟电路、数字电路以及高速电路设计

Solid theoretical knowledge in analog/digital/high-speed circuit design

4、熟练掌握电路设计软件及仿真工具

Proficient in circuit design software and simulation tools

5、熟悉相关的产品测试要求，如可靠度、EMI、ESD等

Familiar with product testing standards (e.g., reliability, EMI, ESD)

6、具备良好的问题分析、解决能力，能够独立承担项目任务，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的抗压能力和创新能力

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to lead projects independently, excellent communication and teamwork, resilience under pressure, and innovative thinking

7、有良好的英文表达及读写能力，英语可以正常口语交流

Fluent in written and spoken English for daily communication

8、接受不定期出差泰国

Willing to travel to Thailand as needed
