生产经理

职位描述

1、负责督促、检查车间人员按照指令单生产产品，通过现场管理使得车间的产品生产在可控状态下进行

2、协助相关人员对生产工艺进行改善，对出现质量异常的产品及时跟进解决并制定预防措施

3、完成计划下达的生产计划，并分析未完成产品的原因并提供解决方案

4、根据每日上传计划进行合理的排产，掌控生产进度，生产异常时及时与计划对接调整计划需求

5、日常管理，负责按照7S，目标管理，看板管理等现场管理

6、负责对生产人员的技能进行规范设定和考核，对各主管进行绩效考核并指导主管不断提高管理水准

7、严格执行生产安全管理制度，确保人身的安全和设备的正常运转，不定期对所有人员进行安全生产培训

8、积极完成领导交办的其他临时事项

1.Supervise and inspect workshop staff to produce products in accordance with work orders, and keep workshop production under controllable status through on‑site management.

2.Assist relevant personnel in production process improvement, follow up and resolve products with quality abnormalities in a timely manner, and formulate preventive measures.

3.Fulfill the production plans issued by the planning department, analyze the causes of uncompleted production tasks and provide corresponding solutions.

4.Arrange production reasonably based on daily uploaded plans, keep track of production progress, and coordinate with the planning team to adjust production requirements when production abnormalities occur.

5.Conduct daily on‑site management including 7S implementation, objective management and Kanban management.

6.Formulate standardized skill requirements and assessments for production operators, conduct performance appraisal for supervisors, and guide them to continuously improve their management capabilities.

7.Strictly implement production safety management regulations to ensure personnel safety and normal equipment operation, and organize irregular production‑safety training for all staff.

8.Proactively complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业

2、5年以上光模块产品生产管理经验，2年以上100Gbps速率以上产品生产管理经验

3、具备较强的团队管理能力

4、熟练掌握各种生产数据分析技能，每周/每月按时完成生产报表

5、能承受一定的工作压力

6、有较好的沟通、组织协调能力、条理清晰、责任心强，富有激情，学习能力强、有较好文案组织经验

7、英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力，英语可以正常口语交流

8、接受不定期出差泰国

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Communication Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Communication, Electronic Information Technology or other related disciplines.

2.More than 5 years of production management experience in optical‑module products, with at least 2 years of production management experience for products of 100Gbps and above.

3.Strong team management capabilities.

4.Proficient in various production data analysis skills, able to complete weekly and monthly production reports on schedule.

5.Able to work under certain work pressure.

6.Good communication, organization and coordination skills; clear‑thinking, highly responsible, passionate, quick‑learning, with solid document‑writing experience.

7.CET‑4 or above, with competent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for daily oral English communication.

8.Accept irregular business trips to Thailand.
