无源产品设计工程师

职位描述

1、负责新产品结构及工艺设计和相关工艺开发，输出相关的项目方案、图纸、文件、数据、设计方案等；

Lead structural/process design for new products, delivering project proposals, technical drawings, documentation, datasets, and design solutions.

2、负责相关新产品/新工艺的极限验证，风险评估等；

Conduct extreme condition validation and risk assessment for new products/processes.

3、制定具体的项目技术方案及实施时间计划，跟进项目进度；

Develop technical proposals with implementation timelines, and monitor project milestones.

4、负责无源光学组件技术管理，指导团队成员完成项目工作。

Manage technical aspects of passive optical components and mentor team members to achieve project objectives.

任职要求

1、985/211本科及以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or higher from Tier-985/211 universities.

2、8年及以上光通信行业经验；

8+ years of experience in the optical communication industry.

3、精通光学设计，熟练使用辅助设计软件；

Expertise in optical design with proficiency in auxiliary design software.

4、精通无源器件耦合工艺，胶粘工艺，测试工艺，对自动化开发有较深刻理解；

Mastery of passive device coupling processes, adhesive bonding processes, and testing methodologies; deep understanding of automation development.

5、熟悉光通信无源器件、光学零件、光学薄膜等基本原理；

Familiarity with fundamental principles of optical communication passive devices, optical components, and optical thin films.

6、良好的沟通能力和执行力，具团队合作精神，能够承受一定工作压力；

Strong communication and execution skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to handle work pressure.

7、英语四级或以上，读写熟练。

CET-4 or equivalent English certification, with fluent reading/writing proficiency.
