高级品保工程师

职位描述

1、根据产品线的质量经营目标，制定月度质量工作目标，并开展实施；

1. Establish and execute monthly quality objectives aligned with product line quality management goals;

2、制定并完善产品线的品质管理制度和工作流程，制定合理的质量审核计划并组织实施完成；

2. Develop and enhance product line quality management systems and workflows, while establishing and executing appropriate quality audit plans;

3、负责新产品导入前期质量管理工作，预防新产品质量问题；

3. Oversee quality management during new product introduction (NPI) phase to prevent quality issues;

4、负责量产产品质量管理工作，组织并推进产品生产过程持续改善活动，提升良率和减少质量损失成本；

4. Manage mass production quality, drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce quality-related costs;

5、主导产品线客诉异常的分析和处理，建立改善方案并跟踪落实；

5. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product line customer complaints, ensuring effective implementation;

6、负责品保团队人力规划、考核和培训工作，提高业务技能水平；

6. Conduct QA team workforce planning, performance evaluation and training to enhance professional competencies;

7、配合推进总部质量经营管理活动，协助配合生产、工程部门解决重大制程异常；

7. Support corporate quality initiatives and collaborate with production/engineering departments to resolve critical process deviations;

8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/通信工程/物理/化学）等相关专业；

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related disciplines;

2、8年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业品质工作经验，有台资/日资企业品质管理经验者优先；

2、8+ years' quality management experience in large-scale manufacturing (electronics/semiconductor packaging/automotive/automation equipment),Taiwan-funded/Japanese-funded enterprise quality management experience is preferred;

3、熟悉PQE/CQE工作模块，熟练运用品质等相关工具，主导品质8D报告撰写，具有相关的质量管理证书；

3.Familiar with PQE/CQE , Proficient in quality tools and QMS methodologies;, leading 8D quality report with relevant quality management certificates;

4、熟练的英语听说读写能力，良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。

4.Fluent in English (all four skills), good planning, organization, coordination, innovation and other management skills.
