中级工艺工程师

职位描述

1、根据公司的年度经营目标，负责生产工艺流程、工艺标准的制定和实施；

1.Develop and implement production processes and standards in alignment with the company’s annual business objectives;

2、负责新产品的导入与作业流程制作，分析、解决现场设备、工艺问题；

2. Manage new product introduction (NPI) and workflow development, analyzing and resolving on-site equipment and process issues;

3、负责制定完善岗位SOP作业指导书等工作；

3. Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions;

4、负责可靠性产品设计阶段工序能力分析、数据整理及分析；

4. Conduct process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk) during reliability product design, including data compilation and analysis;

5、负责工艺优化、效率良率提升改善，降低质量损失成本；

5. Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction in quality-related losses;

6、主导样品、小批量产品工艺问题的分析和解决，提供改善方案；

6. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for process issues in prototypes and small-batch production;

7、主导新产品阶段工艺失效分析，建立岗位失效模式；

7. Perform process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) in NPI and establish failure mode standards;

8、组织部门员工进行岗位技能培训和考核。

8. Organize job skills training and performance evaluations for department staff.

任职要求

1、光电、电子、材料、机械以及通信等相关专业本科及以上学历；

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Cmmunications) or related disciplines;

2、5年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业工艺管理工作经验，熟悉光学、光纤通信知识、光通信产品经验者优先；

2.5+ years'electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing process management experience, familiar with optics, optical fiber communication knowledge, optical communication product experience is preferred;

3、熟练使用Office办公软件，熟练使用二维、三维绘图软件；

3.Familiar with two-dimensional, three-dimensional drawing software;

4、具有较强的思维逻辑能力；

4. Excellent coordination ability;

5、具有较强的动手能力，并独立完成产品加工制作；

5.Excellent hands-on ability, and independent completion of product processing;

6、具备一定英文沟通和阅读能力。

6.Solid expertise in communication and reading skills.
