职位描述

• Plan and draw up a production schedule of medical device products/计划和制定医疗器械产品生产计划

• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate/决定并订购所需的资源，并确保库存水平保持充足

• Select and make decisions about equipment/选择和决定生产设备

• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed/监控生产过程并根据需要调整时间表

• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs/监控生产率和产品标准并实施质量控制计划

• Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients/与不同的部门、团队和公司联络，例如供应商、经理、客户

• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met/确保按时、按预算完成客户订单，并满足质量标准和目标

• Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals/与管理人员合作实施公司的政策和目标

• Collate and analyze performance data of manufacturing against defined parameters/根据定义的参数整理和分析生产性能数据

任职要求

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field./ 至少拥有工程、制造或相关领域的学士学位。

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing functions. 10+ 年的生产部门经验。

• 5+ years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment. 5+ 年制造环境中的人员管理经验。

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role, and experiences in medical device manufacturing will be a big plus/ 具有制造工程师或类似角色的成熟经验。有医疗器械生产经营将是重要加分项。
