 Lead development of a detailed manufacturing excellence strategy for the business, in partnership with the leadership team. 与领导团队合作，领导制定详细的企业卓越制造战略。

 Align department initiatives with the goals and responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineering team. 使部门计划与制造工程团队的目标和职责保持一致。

 Will identify engineering projects that will increase customer value through either improved quality, capacity, or cost. Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce manufacturing complexity. 识别通过改善质量、产能或成本来增加客户价值的工程项目。识别并实施降低制造复杂性的机会。

 Develop strategies for production line tooling, automation, and maintenance. 制定生产线工具、自动化和维护策略。

 Supervise the mold team and be responsible for the life cycle management of molds, i.e. purchasing, qualification, maintenance, repairing and disposable of molds. 管理模具团队，负责生产模具的全生命周期管理，如模具的采购、验证、维护、维修和报废等。

 Supervise the manufacturing equipment/facilities team and be responsible for the life cycle management of equipment/facilities, i.e. purchasing, qualification, maintenance, repairing and disposable of manufacturing equipment and facilities. 管理生产设备和设施团队，负责生产设备和设施的全生命周期管理，如生产设备和设施的采购、验证、维护、维修和报废等。

 Supervise the sustaining team and be responsible for the sustaining of commercial products, i.e. design and process changes, technical support, complaints investigation and etc. 管理上市产品维护团队，负责商业化产品的维护，如设计和工艺变更、技术支持和投诉调查等。

 Collaborate with new product introduction teams to enhance product manufacturability and support new product launches. 与新产品引入团队合作，以提高产品可制造性并支持新产品发布。

 Provide production support to achieve safety, quality, cost, and capacity goals through effective training and resource allocation. 通过有效的培训和资源分配，为实现安全、质量、成本和产能目标提供生产支持。

 Take ownership of the physical production layout, optimizing material flow from receiving through final packaging. 掌控实际生产布局，优化从接收到最终包装的物料流。

任职要求

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial). 工程学士学位（生物医学、机械、电气或工业）。

 8+ years of experience in engineering or technical functions. 8+ 年的工程或技术职能经验。

 3+ years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ 年制造环境中的人员管理经验。

 Experience with CAD software and data analysis tools./ 具有 CAD 软件和数据分析工具的经验。

 Proven ability to develop high-performance teams. 具有培养高绩效团队的能力。

 Expertise in solving complex problems independently or collaboratively, using appropriate tools. 使用适当的工具独立或协作解决复杂问题的专业知识。

 Knowledge of implementing automation in production processes. 了解在生产过程中实施自动化。

 Strong collaboration skills, including daily engagement with technicians, engineers, and managers. 较强的协作技能，包括与技术人员、工程师和经理的日常互动。

 Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach emerging leaders. 表现出指导和辅导新领导者的能力

 Ability to speak Thai and English fluently at least可流利用泰语和英语沟通。
