Job Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for hematology analyzers and related IVD instruments.

• Conduct installations, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of equipment at customer sites.

• Deliver effective technical training and workshops to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Application teams to address customer technical inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Document service activities clearly and accurately; provide detailed reports on service visits, issues, and resolutions.

• Support product launches, demonstrations, and participate in industry-related conferences or exhibitions when required.

• Stay updated on the latest technology and product information to ensure top-level service delivery.

任职要求

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of technical service experience in IVD medical devices, specifically hematology analyzers.

• Solid understanding of diagnostic equipment troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and calibration.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality service within tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to provide professional training and present complex technical information clearly.

• Flexible to travel frequently within Europe or occasionally abroad as business demands.
